The benefits of formulating this system, considering that it is fully functional, it gives potential to speed up the recruitment cycle and allow organizations to make use of IT systems to manage vacancies more effectively, reduce recruitment costs, and can cater the pool of intern applicants, The system is advantageous to the CCS interns because it enables the companies to post more tailored information specifically to the kind of job that they are hiring and the qualifications that is necessity to the job which provides awareness to the intern applicants about the job. |
