| Abstract, Summary, etc. | The objective of the study is to determine the feasibility of establishing The<br/>Platform Sports Club and Fitness Center at Uymatiao Realty Development<br/>Corporation Building, cor. Real St. and EpifanioSurban St., Dumaguete City.<br/>A total number of 400 respondents are from metro Dumaguete, Sibulan,<br/>Valencia and Bacong.<br/>The proposed project will be named as The Platform Sports Club and<br/>Fitness Center because it will be the platform for customers, as they will<br/>commence in renewing their lifestyle to be healthy and physically fit. The project<br/>is sole proprietorship type of business.<br/>On the results gathered from the study, The Platform Sports Club and<br/>Fitness Center is feasible in marketing, management, technical, financial and<br/>socio-economic aspect for the reason that it is found viable and most of the<br/>respondents are willing to patronize the proposed project.<br/>The proponent wll invest Php 10,000,000 as initial capital for the business and<br/>willing to engage to Php 10,000,000 long-term accounts payable with a financial<br/>institution. Since the project is solely own, the capital will come from the<br/>proponent itself.<br/> |
