The name of the proposed<br/>project is 3E Learning Center. The specific areas that are considered in this<br/>study are the folowing: The feasibility of the proposed project in marketing<br/>aspect; the feasibility of the proposed project in terms of its management aspect;<br/>the technical feasibility of the proposed project; the financial liability of the<br/>proposed project and the socio-economic desirability and acceptability of the<br/>proposed project.<br/>Descriptive research method was employed to collect the information<br/>concerning the target markets capacity and willingness to undergo training with<br/>the use of survey questionnaire as a primary data-gathering tool for data-<br/>collection. Sloven's formula was use to get the sample size of 215 respondents.<br/>The suvey questionnaires prepared were distributed to the respondents and<br/>were collected.<br/>The study shows that the proposed project is feasible from marketing,<br/>nagement, technical, financial and soclo-economic point of vlew. Malority of<br/>the respondents are willing to undergo skills training with 112 or 52% responses,<br/>thus, it implies that the proposed project will hit the market. A total of 9<br/>employees will be employed and are properly compensated with salaries wages<br/>and benefits based on the labor code requirements. The proposed project is<br/>profitable based on the computation in the financial statement. The return on<br/>investment is at 26% on the first year and a payback period of 3 years, 1 month.<br/>Lastly, the proposed project will contribute to the income of the government and<br/>generate employment. |
