MACAY<br/>School:<br/>Fourndation University<br/>Dr. Meciano Road, Durmaguete City<br/>Date Completed:<br/>June 16,2014<br/>The objective of the study is to determine the feesibility of opening a creative<br/>studio in Magallanes street, Tanjay City. The narne of the proposed project is<br/>JAYCYRUS CREATIVE STUDIO The specific areas that are considered in the<br/>feasibility study are the marketing, management, financíal, technícal and socio-<br/>economic aspect of thr proposed project.<br/>Descriptive research method was used to collect the information concerning<br/>Consumers' spending pattern with the questionnaire as an instrument in data collection.<br/>Covenience sampling or the Slovins' formula was used and had a total of 340<br/>respondents from people who were employed at tanjay city. The suvey questionnaire<br/>prepared were distributed to the respondent and were collected.<br/>The proposed project is profitable based on the computation. It is evident that<br/>there is indeed great market acceptability of the business that is going to be introduced<br/>based on the positive and favorable responses gained during the actual survey. For the<br/>management aspect, the owner will give necessary guidelines and monitor everything<br/>and will make direct decision that will contribute to the project's success. Technically,<br/>although there is an existing building on the leased land, rest assured that there is<br/>budget for the building renovation and the materials can be easily acquired. For the<br/>SOCio-economíc point of view, it will definitely contribute to the community and to the<br/>government because it mainly help the skills and talents on the people of the tanjay city. |
