It is conducted to evaluate the overall viabiity of the<br/>business, to measure its long-term profitability, to determine its competitive<br/>advantage over the existing businesses in the industry, to know if there is<br/>substantial demand for the products that it offers, and to find out whether the<br/>company can gain patronage to its identified target market. Furthermore, the<br/>study aims to assess the potential contribution of the proposed business to the<br/>commercialization of Calabnugan, Sibulan, Negros Oriental.<br/>Its overall viability is evaluated through assessing its five major aspects<br/>namely: marketing, financial, management, technical, and socio-economi<br/>aspects. For convenience and suitability, quantitative method of research through<br/>sampling technique is used in which survey questionnaires are utilized from a<br/>selected sample of a specific population identified through the Department of<br/>Trade and Industry.<br/>As per result, the proposed study is proven feasible in the marketing point<br/>of view because there is a substantial demand for broiler meat: its financial<br/>viability has been proven sustainable for it has the ability to generate income<br/>the same time recovering its cost of investment in a relatively shorter period;<br/>socio-economic aspect is very workable; technical aspect and socio-economic<br/>aspects are both viable. |
