Abstract, Summary, etc. ABSTRACT<br/>Title: ATTITUDE OF SALESLADY/SALESMAN TOWARDS INCENTIVES<br/>BENEFITS OR REWARDS IN RELATION TO HEIR WORK PERFORMANCE<br/>Researchers: Ariel Amadeo, Christen Nina Bermejo, Julie Rose Maturan,<br/>Jaymar Patrocenio<br/>School: Foundation University<br/>Degree: Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Human<br/>Resource Development Management<br/>Date of Completion: October 29, 2014<br/>This is a descriptive research conducted to document and present the<br/>salesladies'Isalesmen's attitude towards incentives, rewards or benefits in<br/>relation to their work performance. To achieve the needed data, the researchers<br/>floated number of questionnaires containing two parts was their attitude and<br/>perceptions. The researchers used the Sloven's formula to come up with 169<br/>respondents from different establishments of Dumaguete City that cooperated in<br/>the study<br/>After the retrieval of the questionnaires, the researchers evaluated, interpreted<br/>the presented data gathered shown in the chapter lIl of this study. Several tables<br/>have been plotted to illustrate the response of the respondents on the said study.<br/>Showing tabulation that had been tabulated, the tables were individually<br/>interpreted. After the illustration and interpretation of the tables that gathered the<br/>necessary information, the researchers then stated the conclusion, the summary<br/>of findings and the recommendations of the study. The overall outcomes were<br/>revealed and as to complete this paper, a few recommendations were made to<br/>Suggest some actions after the results of the study.
