Abstract, Summary, etc. Abstract<br/>In this study the researchers seek for problems encountered in the<br/>management and operation in tourism in Sta. Catalina the researchers used the<br/>survey questionnaire to obtain data. Four hundred respondents were surveyed and<br/>the responses were tallied and were presented using a pie graph.<br/>According to the results every destinations in the Municipality of Sta. Catalina<br/>has its own major problems. Some of the main problems indentified where no<br/>proper waste disposal, no food stall and tourist destination needs a border for their<br/>site.
