Abstract, Summary, etc. Executive summary<br/>Foundation University is one of the four (4) universities in Dumaguete and is in<br/>existence for 62 years since it was established. This University is non-secular institution<br/>that was founded by the late Dr. Vicente Guzman Sinco, who became its first president.<br/>This university consists of thousand students. In every college the Dean will make a<br/>report on the increase or decrease of enrollees and graduates.<br/>One of the purposes in making this system is to determine the number of students<br/>who finished the program in Foundation University, College of Computer Studies, and<br/>the Dean and Faculty members find a hard time because the system they are using is not<br/>properly updated, recorded.<br/>In solving this problem, the rescarchers come up with this study that will help the<br/>university in recording and determining the percentage of students who finished the<br/>program in specific years span succeedingly.<br/>This study will lead to many impacts if implemented. One of the impacts that the<br/>university specifically the college of computer studies will benefit is that their tasks will<br/>be minimized and it will be casier for them in determining the percentage of the<br/>graduates of the specific batch as well as in getting the information of the alumni. And<br/>lastly, the faculty members will also benefit with this study in their future research<br/>purposes like tracer study -- determines the number of graduates or alumni if they are<br/>jobless or they have a job.
