The<br/>respondents of the study are the residences of Dumaguete City, Bacong and Valencia with a<br/>total number of respondents of three hundred ninety nine (399). A research designed<br/>questionnaire was made in order to scout out first hand and necessary information of the study<br/>to meet its objectives and answer the problem.<br/>The main objective of the study is to determine the feasibility of Establishing the<br/>proposed business. Specifically, it aims to consider the functional arcas of the business such as<br/>marketing, management, technical, socio-economic and financial are viable and workable.<br/>The results showed that there is the presence of demand as illustrated in the marketing<br/>aspects. The job analysis is developed under the management aspects. All equipments and<br/>supplies are determined in the technical aspects. Financial projections are as well favourable<br/>for the business with approximately 3 years of return on investment.
