The respondents<br/>the study are the residences of Valencia, Bacong, and Dumaguete City with a total number of<br/>respondents of three hundred ninety nine (399). In order for the researchers to gather necessary<br/>information and collect first hand data, a rescarch designed questionnaire was made to answer the<br/>problem and reach the proposed business objectives.<br/>To determine the feasibility of establishing the proposed business is the main objective of<br/>this study. Definitely, it aims to contemplate the functional arcas of the business such as<br/>management, marketing, technical, socio-cconomic and whether financials are visible and<br/>workable.<br/>The garnered results established that there is the presence of demand as illustrated in the<br/>marketing aspects. On the hand, job analysis is developed under the management aspects. All<br/>cquipment and supplies are determined in the technical aspects. Lastly, the projections of financial<br/>aspects are as well favorable for the business with approximately 5 years on retum of investment.
