Abstract, Summary, etc. ABSTRACT<br/>This study aimed to identify the relationship between job satisfaction and employee<br/>motivation of public school teachers in dumaquete city. The school covered by this study was<br/>the West Elementary School of School Year 2015-2016. There were 85 regular teachers who<br/>are currently teaching in West Elementary School of the city.<br/>The suvey was descriptive and co relational in nature. It utilized fregquency distribution,<br/>percentage, mean, and weighted mean and 5-Point Likert's Scale. Majority of the teachers<br/>are mostly female, belong to the age bracket of 30- 49 years old and most of them are<br/>married,. therefore we found that the highest sexual category are female and we can say, for<br/>this school. the classic inclination and aptitude for teaching is predominantly female.
