Abstract ABSTRACT<br/>The proposed business is about the Establishment of Oppa Sushi: A Japanese Resto in<br/>Dumaguete City. The business is located near U-Pension fronting the Portal East Building.<br/>The main target market of the business are those people who are currently residing in<br/>Dumaguete city and should be twenty years old and above.<br/>A research questionnaire was made in order to scout out the necessary information of<br/>the study. The questionnaire helped in collecting primary information of the respondents with<br/>their profile and their willingness to patronize the business as well.<br/>The results showed that the proposed business is feasible in the marketing,<br/>nanagement, technical, financial and socio-economic aspect for the reason that all data<br/>gathered revealed a positive and favorable outcomes. From the findings revealed, the<br/>business is feasible as a whole. It is then recommended that the business shall include the<br/>development of new type of sushi that could be offered to the customers and that the<br/>management needs to widen their variety of Japanese Food to choose from.
