Abstract, Summary, etc. ABSTRACT<br/>It was the objective of this study to determine the feasibility of The Port Inn<br/>at the 2 floor of the Passenger Terminal Building, port of Dumaguete, Negros<br/>Oriental.<br/>In this project feasibility study, the methods used were observation and<br/>documentary analysis.<br/>The result of the study indicates that based on the essential assumptions,<br/>The Port Inn in the port of Dumaguete is feasible. In summary, with its marketing<br/>aspect, the inn has a high demand. From the technical point of view, the<br/>traveler's inn is feasible. On the management part, it was also found feasible. On<br/>the financial point of view, the said lodging business is profita ble. The project<br/>promises a good and reasonable return to the investor. The inn also was found to<br/>be both socially and economically desirable and acceptable.<br/>The project if realized will be of benefit to the passengers of the port of<br/>Dumaguete in general. Some of its contribution will include the employment<br/>opportunity it can possibly offer, and its being a new source of funds to the<br/>government for its taxes and licenses as well. It will become an additional<br/>businesS venture inside the Dumaguete Port as a whole.
