| Abstract | ABSTRACT<br/>The objective of the study is to determine the feasibility of establishing<br/>The Food Shack at Amigo, Flores Avenue, Dumaguete City.<br/>The researcher determined the sample size of the respondents for the<br/>study. A total of 150 individuals from Dumaguete City, both local and foreign,<br/>served as respondents. The researchers administered survey questionnaires,<br/>which served as an instrument for the data collection. The study is limited only<br/>within the parameters of the City of Dumaguete where the proposed project<br/>is to be established.<br/>The viability of the proposed project was evaluated through the five<br/>aspects of the study, namely marketing aspect, technical aspect, management<br/>aspect, financial aspect, and socio-economic desirability of the proposed<br/>business. Findings of the study revealed that the proposed business is viable<br/>from the marketing, technical, management, financial, and socio-economic<br/>points of view.<br/>The proposed project will benefit the entire city of Dumaguete in terms<br/>of economic growth; it will provide job opportunities to the people, and the<br/>potential market that will provide a new dining experience |
