Abstract, Summary, etc. A graduate thesis with an aim to determine the extent of preparedness of Grade VI Science teachers in relation to pupils' performance; it reveals that the extent of Science Teachers preparedness in terms of subject knowledge is "very high"; however, in the case of their utilization of science equipment, their extent of preparedness is "very low"; It is further concluded that these two indicators are not significantly related.
