This study aimed to evaluate the effect of sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas) meal as a feed ingredient on the growth performance of broiler chicken (Gallus gallus domesticus). The experiment was conducted using different dietary treatments with varying levels of sweet potato meal incorporated into the feed. Parameters measured included body weight gain, feed intake, feed conversion ratio, and overall growth performance. Data were analyzed to determine the significance of differences among treatments. Results indicated that inclusion of sweet potato meal at appropriate levels can support satisfactory growth performance and may serve as a cost-effective alternative feed ingredient. However, excessive inclusion levels may negatively affect feed efficiency. The study concludes that sweet potato meal has potential as a supplementary feed resource in broiler production.
