Over the years, Foundation University, College of Computer Studies sent students to the real world to practice their profession by means of Internship. Internship is a hands on learning experience for the students to enhance their learning, skills, and capabilities towards their specific fields of interest. The students are assigned to different I.T companies in order to apply what they have learned from school and they are usually evaluated through the evaluation forms prepared by the secretary of the said college. The forms are to be passed by the student intern to their specific supervisor of the company and then they will be evaluated through their performance in the company. This evaluation form of the student should be placed in an envelope after it has been evaluated, graded and signed by the supervisors and then it will be passed by the student intern to their specific adviser. This kind of manual practice of evaluating the performance of the student intern is not so effective because it would attempt them to do an unethical act like manipulating their own evaluation form in order to have a high grade another is, having this kind of evaluation is time consuming. In order to control this, a system has been studied and come into existence.
