Aims to identify the level of morphological awareness and metacognitive skill and its relationship to the vocabulary size of Grade 10 students; study reveals that their skill differ numerically but fall on the same verbal description "moderate", which means that regardless of sex, age and parents' highest educational attainment, students have a more or less equal metacognitive skill.
