Abstract
The proposed business is about the Establishnent of NCCP Mangrove Park Resort in
Barangay Banilad, Dumaguete City. The respondents of the study are the residents of Bacong, Dumaguete City, Sibulan and Valencia. 384 survey questionnaires have made base on the data
gathered from Philippine Statistic Authority (PSA) by using the Raosoft calculation.
The main objective of the study is to deternine if the proposed business is feasible
when established in terms of its various aspects such as marketing, technical, management,
financial and socio-economic.
