A research determining the stress level of nurses assigned in the COVID ward in hospitals in Dumaguete City which utilized the MBI-HSS tool. Findings revealed that respondents experienced moderate level of stress in terms of emotional exhaustion, high level of stress in depersonalization and moderate stress level in terms of personal achievement.
