"Capture the lived experiences of registered nurses employed under the Nurse Deployment Program by the Department of Health who are assigned in Valencia Negros Oriental on the aspect of their professional development with 25-49 years old range of participants. The Husserlian phenomenological design was used to understand the lived experiences of the respondents which uses Collaiza's phenomenological method of analysis. It was revealed that the lived experiences of NDP nurses was undoubtedly challenging yet satisfying." --Abstract
