Summary: "This feasibility study aims to see if a business on agro-tourism is feasible towards the current market today. The objectives of this study are to find out the monetary requirement establishing the business, to indicate the profitability of the business, to determine the needed requirements for operating a business of this nature (Agro-tourism), to determine other realizable services that can be offered considering business' the location, and to determine whether the prospect customers are amenable with the variety of service and products to be offered by the business. These objectives are the maneuvering force of the study also specified certain points from its objectives which are determining how workable the marketing aspects of the business is, finding out how feasible is the project in technical aspects is, realizing how realistic is the management aspect of the business is, calculating how financially beneficial is the proposed business is, and establishing how viable is the socio-economic aspects of the business is. These problems are the specific angles taken in consideration during the formation of this study. The main goal of this study is to create ma complete image of the process of the study, to seek for a willing business proponent, to determine the appropriate location of the proposed business, to select the right audience for the survey of the study, and to evaluate the resources needed and provided for the operations of the proposed business. The study underwent a survey distributed to individuals from the Municipality of Bais until the City of Bayawan having 24 individuals per municipality or city as the population sample, based on the results using Rao soft sample size calculator. The researcher compiled the results and have established the proposed study is workable and manageable in marketing aspects, is technically feasible, is certainly realistic in its management aspect, is financially beneficial towards the proponent of the study, and is very helpful to the community and the government as it adheres to its socioeconomic purpose. And to further enhance the situation of the proposed business from its initial conditions from opening. It also recommends based from the comments and suggestions taken from the survey, and concluded that the proposed project is feasible, financially beneficial and technically manageable." --Abstract
