"This feasibility study focuses on the uprating of the existing 5 mega-volt-ampere to 20 mega-volt-ampere power transformer and its facilities due to the rising of electricity load demand in Manjuyod, Bindoy, Ayungon, and Tayasan. The technical personnel will gather necessary data provide evaluation and analysis on the trend and forecast. These tool will guide the technical personnel to support the project to be financially feasible, technically viable and other three aspects. The planning stage of these project requires a year before the project implementation. In this case, technical personnel will have enough time to focus, evaluate, analyze, comprehend, make an assumptions and then finalize the detail. Historical data and forecasted data need a very good engineering judgement to minimize errors and outliers. The result of the collected data must be discuss in an expert technical person to come up a good and reliable result. Financial aspect is also import feature in this study. A debt, profitability and payback period of the project must have a good outcome. A good return of the investment will tell us that the project is worth to be capitalize. Highlighted in this study are the most essential part to consider the marketing, management, technical, financial and social aspect. The researcher find it very challenging on touching every aspect on this study yet rewarding after realizing that it was a learning experience on business management. It was very fulfilling when the said can be recovered before the end of 9 years after its payment. It concludes to implement the project on year 2023 for the benefit the customers as well as the entire wire services of NORECO-I." --Abstract
