"Aims to answer if the proposed business is feasible in the marketing, management, technical, financial, and socioeconomic aspects. Local and foreign tourists visiting Dumaguete City were chosen as the respondents of the study who are assumed to be potential guests of Viahaus Bed and Breakfast. The study used questionnaires as its main research instrument and were distributed in places where tourists usually stay such a resorts near Dumaguete City, unknown beaches, hotels, pension houses and port area. The results of the research showed that the business is feasible in the marketing aspects since there is the presence of demand and appropriate job analysis, policies and other schedules. It is feasible in the technical aspects a researchers had determined the needed process and the list of equipment and supplies so the business could normally start the operation. It is profitable and is feasible in the financial aspects for its payback period of 5 years and 1 month; having an investment value of Php7,078,368.12 and Return on investment of 29 % after 5th year of operation. The business is socio-economically beneficial as it benefits the city, the government, the employees, the community and the respondents. The researchers suggested to add amenities and increase the number of rooms for additional income, to have affiliates of partnerships with the public utility vehicles to take guests to the bed and breakfast and other areas of Dumaguete City and provide own service for better service in the coming years. --Abstract
