"Aims to provide the existing situation of a certain business, the Rover's Billiard Hall. The developmental study includes the discussion of the marketing , management, technical and socio economic aspects of the business. It also determines existing problems of the business and provides solution. From the study conducted, it has been determined and concluded that the hall is unnoticeable upfront because the entrance is too narrow, the lightning within the hall lacks brightness, the hall's furniture and chairs and tables that are aligned on the hall's walls, the business does not do much on promoting their company and the flooring of the hall needs reconstruction. Cracks are visibly present because they are big some extent across the hall. The researchers recommend to the management to remodel the structure of the business, produce a new signage and develop ways in promoting the business to the public or to potential customers." --Abstract
