"Sea grapes, locally known in the Philippines as "lato", are one of the economically essential macroalgae belonging to the edible species of the genus caulerpa, which is widely cultivated and harvested in the Philippines, especially in Cang-alwang, Siquijor, Siquijor. This study identifies the status and the seasonality of the calerpa racemosa shows that the peak season is in September and October and starts to decline in November. Hence, the P-value is deemede significant and is an alternative hypothesis. The study also shows that the respondents can harvest 1to 10 baskets daily from Monday until Sunday and spend 3-5 hours. The study also revealed that the respondents' harvest were sold in the local market, and the caulerpa racemosa prices ranged from Php 100.00 TO Php 150.00, and they harvested 1-4 kilograms of caulerpa racemosa daily. Socio-demographic factors like age, gender, civil status, educational attainment, occupation, and monthly income also affected the harvest. The monthly income produced through farming and harvesting is around Php 5,00, or about 31.25%, during its season. Thus, this study indicated that the caulerpa racemosa "lato" is one of the economically important crops that provide income and livelihood to the residents of Cang-alwang, Siquijor, Siquijor. Furthermore, to ensure the availability and long-term production of Caulerpa recemosa "lato", this should be conserves on the Philippines, where it is valued as an economically significant commodity. Additionally, thsi research can provide a foundation for scientists and policymakers to solve and fill gaps in the caulerpa recemosa "lato" business" on the island. --Abstract
