Result revealed that the extent of teachers' involvement is very high in terms of (i) curriculum and instruction; and (ii) student concerns; high in terms of disciplinary actions; moderate in terms of school policy, rules and regulation; and low in terms of (1) school planning and (ii) school budgeting and income generation. It was also found that the extent of perception of teachers on the benefits of their involvement in managerial decision making is very high on (a) decision making capacity, (b) social and emotional development, and (C) positive relationship.
