This feasibility study delves into the prospects of WineCraft Engineering's innovative project, the production of Vino de Musa con Tuba (VIMUTU), a unique blended wine combining banana and Coconut Wine. The primary aim is to assess the profitability, acceptability, and overall feasibility of this venture within its target market and for potential investors. Employing a stratified sampling technique, the study engages 398 respondents across various barangays in Dumaguete City. Data collection involves a combination of self-administered questionnaires and personal interviews, facilitating a comprehensive evaluation spanning project scope, market research, and financial analysis.

Key financial indicators underscore the project's positive outlook, with an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) registering at 1.25, a benefit-cost ratio surpassing 2.25, a positive net present value, and a reasonable Payback Period of 3.96 years. These metrics collectively signify a favorable outcome, suggesting that the proposed project is not only advisable for pursuit but also represents a worthwhile investment. The findings provide a solid foundation for stakeholders, affirming the advisability of proceeding with the project and highlighting its
potential as a lucrative investment within the blended wine market.
