Employing a stratified sampling technique, the study engages 398 respondents across various barangays in Dumaguete City. Data collection involves a combination of self-administered questionnaires and personal interviews, facilitating a comprehensive evaluation spanning project scope, market research, and financial analysis.
Key financial indicators underscore the project's positive outlook, with an Internal Rate of Return (IRR) registering at 1.25, a benefit-cost ratio surpassing 2.25, a positive net present value, and a reasonable Payback Period of 3.96 years. These metrics collectively signify a favorable outcome, suggesting that the proposed project is not only advisable for pursuit but also represents a worthwhile investment. The findings provide a solid foundation for stakeholders, affirming the advisability of proceeding with the project and highlighting its
potential as a lucrative investment within the blended wine market.
