Manual reservation of event in the university is time-consuming and entries a lot of paper works. aside from that the reservation process is tedious starting for the request to reserve the venue up to the equipment/materials needed. In the Previous years, Foundation University office of student life (FU-OSL) uses the manual reservation process in handling the event on the said school. The FU-OSL personnel found it hard time consuming and more on paper works such that each colleges and organizations must sent first a letter requesting for an activity before they can approve the said request. In this case they can't easily manage each request sent by colleges and organizations. That is why this system is Created to make the reservation faster, easier, hassle-free and paper less. sadly, there is no system yet implemented that will fully provide the FU-OSL, colleges and organizations an easy way of spending and approving the request. In order to handle this, a system has been studied and came into existence. The event calendar we make is to share all the details on mobile or web-based that can be customized based on their theme. Describe the event, display the date, address, venue information of the event, and add a button to register. As you are probably aware, QR codes are square portions of posters, adverts or web pages which look a little like the white noise on televisions screens. When smartphone users scan them with their cameras, these codes are translated into links which take the phone user to a specific web location. Our event QR Code systems allow planners to do two things. Firstly, They make it easy to create slick event information, including buttons to add events to the calendars. Furthermore, the system is expected to be implemented in the university automatically manage the school activities.
