Internship program is a hand on learning experience enhancing student knowledge. Normally interns are graded manually through the evaluation forms. Since evaluation forms are handwritten, there will be a tendency that the forms were snoop or worst manipulate the grades by the interns themselves. Journals are written manually by the interns thus every time they make mistakes they crashed out words resulting to unreadable and dirty writings. Journal notebooks are piled on the adviser's desk occupying a big portion on the working area. Since journals and evaluation forms are handwritten there will be a tendency the documents will be lost or misplaced. These problems triggered the minds of the researchers to develop the Online Internship Evaluation and Journal that will monitor the intern, evaluate and easy submission of journals.
