The study was conducted to determine whether or not establishing Evexia, a gym-café, located in Purok Kalubihan, Daro, Dumagute City, would be feasible. The study assesses the five (5) different aspects, specifically: Marketing, Management, and Socio-Economic aspects with the researcher's discovery of the sudden significant need for a gym-café in the area despite having competition between other establishments. Furthermore, with the results gathered by the researchers, it has been concluded that the business is said to be profitable and financially viable based on the financial forecasts. It is expected that there may be a return on investment capital within the the bounds of the first five years of operation. With the additional pieces of evidence provided by the other aspects, the proposed project is able to perform and provide high-quality products and services that meet the demands and desires of the public as well as the target market.
