Dissertation note: Summary: Breast cancer can occur in both men and women, but it is far more common in women. According to Mayo Clinic (2022), with the earlier identification, a better knowledge of the disease, breast cancer survival rates have improved, and the number of fatalities linked to the disease is continuously reducing.
