This book is intended primarily for accountancy students,business students,and Certified Public Accountant Licensure Examination candidates. This work canalso serve as a simplified material for use of law students. Business owners andmanagers can use this as a guide in their business operations.
The provisions of each law were explained in the simplest way possible withthe use of layman's language, examples, and exercises taken from bar examinationquestions and cases decided by the Supreme Court which were also incorporated toassist the reader and inspire them to do an extra reading as the titles and citations ofthe cases were likewise included. Legal terms were defined for easy comprehension.Lesson summary is provided at the end of each topic and exercises in the form ofhypothetical questions and cases as well as True or False questions were providedat the end of each chapter to test the knowledge acquired from the lesson.
It is hard to put 5 to 6 laws in one book and I hope that the effort I put throughin writing it will serve the purpose of the students-to learn the laws they will needto excel in the career they choose.
