ABSTRACT
This study evaluates the feasibility of establishing BiteBright,a business offering eco-friendly cube-form toothpaste in Dumaguete City. The product addresses issues of plastic waste and inefficiency associated with traditional toothpaste tubes.A descriptive design was used,with data collected from 400 survey respondents. Additional information was obtained through observation and secondary sources to assess the business across five areas: marketing,management,technical, financial,and socioeconomic.Survey results showed that 90% of respondents were willing to try the product, favoring bulk purchases.The target market includes young adults and professionals. A partnership structure and lean operations wereproposed.Most materials are locally available,while some will be sourced externally to ensurequality.In-house production is feasible and cost-effective.The chosen site ensures visibility and low expenses.Financial projections indicate sustainability and profitability, with a capital of P200,000.00 from personal savings. BiteBright promotes eco-conscious consumption and accessible oral care while creating employment opportunities. The findings affirm the business's viability and its potential to contribute to environmental and social goals in Dumaguete City.
