FERNANDEZ, BSBA-FMIV School Foundation University Dr. Miciano Road, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental Date Completed: October 2, 2014 It was the goal of this study to figure out the possibility and attainability of establishing Splendid Care Babysitting Service Center in Bagacay. Dumaguete City. Basically, the objectives of the study are the following: (1) to ensure the possibility of the proposal in terms of the marketing, management, technical, financial and socio-economic aspect; (2) to find out how the market or customers respond to the proposed project; (3) to measure if the proposed project will be profitable; (4) to determine and identify the needs and demands of the customers toward this project; (5) to foresee whether this project if established, be patronized by the customers. To accomplish these objectives, the researchers make sure that the data and information gathered are factual. Suvey questionnaire was made by considering the five aspects of the study. This help the study determine the point of view, insights and willingness of the respondents in establishing the Splendid Care Babysitting Service Center. These were distributed in Dumaguete City to 399 respondents who are employed parents with children ages 1-5 years old. The data were evaluated and tabulated and the results served as the guide to the researchers. Therefore, the researchers conclude that the proposed business is possible from its marketing, technical, financial and socio-economic aspects. Majority of the respondents are willing to send their children in the center with 82.21%. The center has the capability to provide safety assurance to the children, quality services that to be ofered and clean center which are convenient especially to the part of the parents. The center has a sound management skill and will hire competitive employees who are productive and efective. Financially, the center has a payback period of 3.83 which means the business requires a payback of 4 years or less for the investment net revenues to cover its cost. Lastly, the center contributes to the economy of city.
