Summary: ABSTRACT The main objective of this study ís to determine the feasibiliíty of establishing a board game library and café at Barangay Poblacion 3 Sta. Rosa, Dumaguete City. The specific areas that were considered in this study are: the marketing feasibility of the proposed project, the technical feasibiliíty of the proposed project, the applicable management structure, the financial viability and the acceptability of the socio- economic standpoint. The proposed project would be named as D' Shift Board Game Library and Café The researchers circulated questionnaires as the primary tool for gathering of data and information regarding the study. A total of 400 respondents from the municipalities of Bacong, Sibulan, Valencia and from the city of Dumaguete were chosen as respondents using the easy sampling method of collecting data. In summary, the proposed project is feasible in the marketing's point of since it reveals a positive degree of responses from the respondents' willingness to patronize the proposed business venture. It is technically feasible because the needed machineries, utensils and other profit- generating resources are readily available in the market in order to support the proposed business. The project is financially feasible since it results a positive values in the financial analysis. The proposed business venture is socio- economically feasible since it will generate income to the society, the government and to the economy as a whole.
