Summary: ABSTRACT The main objective of the study is geared towards the determination of the feasibility of establishing a pizza shop along Sta. Catalina St., Dumaguete City. In addition, such proposed business will be named as" YOUR PIZZA". Specifically, it focuses on attesting the feasibility of the different aspects of the proposed business such as marketing, technical, management, financial and sovio- economic. In the conduct of the study. the researchers floated for a total of 400 survey questionnaires to the barangays in Dumaguete City. The number of respondents was computed through the use of Sloven's Formula. Each barangay has its corresponding number of questionnaires floated that is base on the computation using the sampling method as its statistical tool in gathering necessary data. The gathered data was treated using percentage to determine the weight of the responses. The study revealed that the marketing aspect of the business is proven to be feasible since it yields positive acceptance by the respondents with regards to the proposed business. The technical aspect is considered viable for machineries; equipment and supplies are readily available in the city. Moreover. the applicability of the management aspect and its structure is seen for manpower requirements of the study could be acquired with the present labor market of Dumaguete. The proposed business is financially feasible for it projects positive and great figures. And lastly, it is socio-economically acceptable for the reason that it will surely provide job opportunities to the locality and would abide on existing environmental regulations provided for by law.
