Dissertation note: Undergraduate thesis (BS in Agricultural Major in Crop Science) -- Foundation University, 2008. Summary: This study aimed to evaluate the growth performance of hydroponically-grown arugula (Eruca vesicaria) as affected by two nutrient solutions and varying levels of vermicast tea. The experiment was conducted using a controlled hydroponic system with treatments arranged in a factorial design. Parameters measured included plant height, leaf number, biomass yield, and overall plant vigor. Data were analyzed to determine the effects of nutrient solution type and vermicast tea concentration on plant growth. Results indicated that specific combinations of nutrient solutions and vermicast tea significantly enhanced growth performance and yield compared to other treatments. The study concludes that integrating organic inputs such as vermicast tea with appropriate nutrient solutions can improve productivity in hydroponic arugula cultivation.
