Summary: ABSTRACT The objective of this study is to determine the feasibility of establishing a Four WD Credit Corporation Branch in Municipality of Siaton. A total of 400 borrowers were selected as respondents using the purposive sampling method. The proposed establishment will be named Four WD Credit Corporation Branch in Siaton based on the results of the survey. The firm will be a Corporation. The proponent will invest a total amount of Php 700,000.00 as the initial investment and it will be taken from the proponents from his present business. The findings of the study reveal the conclusions that the project is feasible from the market point of view, the interest rate and other services are reasonable. It is also technically feasible that the necessary resources needed to start the operation available. From the management perspective, the project is feasible for the organization to be managed by the proponent and the weights of evaluating the performance of the staff. The salaries and wages, benefits of the staff were patterned after the Department of labor employment and the financial aspects support the financial analysis of the project.
