ABSTRACT
The objective of the study is to determine the feasibility of establishment of Learning
Coffee Place located in Barangay Tinago, Bayawan City, Negros Oriental. It aimed to
(1) determine the demand of establishing Learning Coffee Place, (2) find out the
marketability of establishing a Learning Cofee Place, (3) enumerate the different coffee
and pastry products that the market would like to patronize, and (4) analyze the cost of
investment and possible returns in establishing a Learning Coffee Place.
The research was conducted with the use of descriptive survey method to
present and describe the data and information gathered in this study. The researcher
uses the purposive quota sampling technique where in a total of 243 respondents were
selected by getting the 20% of the population.
Based on the underlying assumptions and data gathered on this study, it is
feasible to establish the Learning Coffee Place in Barangay Tinago, Bayawan City. In
the marketing aspect, there is high demand for the proposed product and services,
which the respondents are very much willing to avail. In managerial task, it would be the
responsibility of the owner to select the most qualified employee and be fully trained in
achieving the management goals and objectives. As of the technical aspect, all the
materials and supplies needed in the operation are also available in the local market.
Financially, it is shown that the business is profitable. And socio-economically, the
Learning Coffee Place shows great economic benefit not only to the city of Bayawan but
also to the people.
