Dissertation note: Summary: ABSTRACT It was the objective of this study to determine the feasibility of establishing La Familia Amusement Park along Bacong-Valencia Road and Cantil-e Road of Brgy. Bong-a0, Valencia, Negros, COriental. The researcher used the very basic approaches and methods on conducting these feasibility study results such as surveys, interviews, researches, observations and documentary computations and analysis. After conducting different tests to gain accurate results, the outcome of the study indicates that, La Familia Amusement Park which is to be located at Brgy. Bong-ao, Valencia, is not feasible if the allotted time will only be five (5) years as per requirement of the study, for it needs 8.53 number of years to be exact before the total initial cash outlay will be recovered by operations and can therefore start having paybacks. Fortunately, all the other aspects according to this study have positive feedbacks and results which therefore, somehow make the study still feasible in the long run thus should be consider to be invested. Furthermore, on the management and technical aspect, it was also found feasible because of the very ideally wide and flat landscape of the area which is not that distant and so accessible to its possible market or people (possible manpower) where it can be located. On the other hand, on its marketing aspect, the idea of opening an amusement park in the area, especially with a very least number of competitors, has really caught the interest and excitement of the residents which can be equated to possible higher demands. Therefore points out that after all, this amusement park may not just be socially acceptable but, as well as, highly desirable by the whole community for the possible socio-economic benefits that it may offer such as employment opportunity for its people, additional tax for the government, can be another tourist attraction/destination of the region or the municipality of Valencia itself and a lot more.

ABSTRACT
It was the objective of this study to determine the feasibility of establishing La Familia
Amusement Park along Bacong-Valencia Road and Cantil-e Road of Brgy. Bong-a0, Valencia,
Negros, COriental.
The researcher used the very basic approaches and methods on conducting these
feasibility study results such as surveys, interviews, researches, observations and documentary
computations and analysis.
After conducting different tests to gain accurate results, the outcome of the study
indicates that, La Familia Amusement Park which is to be located at Brgy. Bong-ao, Valencia, is
not feasible if the allotted time will only be five (5) years as per requirement of the study, for it
needs 8.53 number of years to be exact before the total initial cash outlay will be recovered by
operations and can therefore start having paybacks. Fortunately, all the other aspects according
to this study have positive feedbacks and results which therefore, somehow make the study still
feasible in the long run thus should be consider to be invested.
Furthermore, on the management and technical aspect, it was also found feasible because
of the very ideally wide and flat landscape of the area which is not that distant and so accessible
to its possible market or people (possible manpower) where it can be located. On the other hand,
on its marketing aspect, the idea of opening an amusement park in the area, especially with a
very least number of competitors, has really caught the interest and excitement of the residents
which can be equated to possible higher demands. Therefore points out that after all, this
amusement park may not just be socially acceptable but, as well as, highly desirable by the
whole community for the possible socio-economic benefits that it may offer such as employment
opportunity for its people, additional tax for the government, can be another tourist
attraction/destination of the region or the municipality of Valencia itself and a lot more.
