Bacane, Kris Janno Mervielle, Emalou Tojong, Isli Jane Villarba, Khryzette DEGREE: Bachelor of Science in Business Administration major in Marketing Management SCHOOL: Foundation University ADDRESS: Dr. Meciano Rd., Taclobo, Dumaguete City The purpose of the study is to determine the feasibility of establishing a skin clinic in Dumaguete city. Different aspects, such as marketing, management, technical, financial and socio-economic, are considered. Dumaguete city serves as the research environment where four hundred (400) respondents were made to answer the survey questionnaire distributed randomly. Findings revealed that majority of the respondents are favorable as to the establishment of a skin clinic in Dumaguete city. Respondents both will avail medical and aesthetic procedures as revealed. Aside from that, findings shows that majority of the respondents prefer skin clinics with parking areas. With the results, the researchers recommend that the owner needs to increase the number of employees if demand continuous to rise, the business needs to keep in trend with the latest technology and the management needs to do further research on new management or operational strategies in handling a skin clinic.
