Aims to determine the perceived extent of implementation of the school reading intervention programs in relation to the schools' National Achievement Test (NAT) during the S.Y. 2012-2013, results of which serve as basis in designing a school reading program to improve teachers' implementation of the different reading intervention programs; concludes that the higher the extent of the school reading intervention program by the teachers, the better their schools' performance in the NAT.
