TEACHING Exceptional Children, an official journal of the Council for Exceptional Children, is specifically for teachers of children with disabilities and children who are gifted. Articles that provide information about practical methods and materials for classroom use are featured. This journal welcomes submissions that relate to evidence-based techniques, equipment, and procedures for teacher application with students with exceptionalities. In addition, the editorial
