Web-based collaborative teaching tool was a research study that deals in the productivity of the instructors create a syllabus online and automatically generate a course outline. The system uses a web-based technology for the user's to used the system on different places and computer. Specifically this study sought to solve the following problems: The algorithm applied to this problem was using the system's functionality in creating syllabus, and automatically generating the course outline, view syllabus, course outline and lesson guide, print or sent the syllabus, course outline and lesson guide through email, upload and download file and manage their syllabus.
