The main objective of the study is to determine the feasibility of establishing a
Healthy Me Restaurant in Rizal Boulevard, Dumaguete City along the Rizal Boulevard
beside Filinvest.
In the conduct of the study, the researchers gave 400 survey questionnaires to
respondents in the different barangays in Dumaguete City. The number of respondent
was computed through the use of Sloven's Formula. The data gathered was treated using
percentage to determine the weight of the responses.
The proposed project is feasible in the marketing perspective for it has yield a positive
response from the respondents. The proposed business is socio-economically acceptable
for it has a will to give help to the community by adhering to environmental regulations
and donating literary materials to the orphan children of the city and is expected to
contribute in the increase of government income and generate employment opportunities
in the city of Dumaguete. The management aspect of the project is realistic because there
is the presentation and identification of the possible employees, their respective duties
and responsibilities and the established policies of the business. The project is deemed to
be technically workable, since the resources such as the capital, manpower, equipment,
furniture and fixture are available in the city. As well as, the products and service
processes of the project are well identified.
