ABSTRACT
The proposed business is focused on the Establishment of Dumzville Capsule Hotel
at Aldecoa Drive, Laguna, Dumaguete City. The objcctive of this study is to determine
whether the establishment of the proposed business is feasible on the said location. The
respondents of thc study are the tourists, businessman, and medical representatives. A
survey questionnaire is the main instrument used by the researchers as the primary data-
gathering tool in collecting the data that are needed in the study.
The result showed that there are 86.9% of the respondent who are willing to
patronize the Dumzville Capsule Hotel. In the management aspect, the duties and
responsibilities are clearly identified. In socio-economic aspect, it generates employment opportunities for the people and adheres to the environmental regulation imposed by the
City of Dumaguete. In terms of profitability the financial projection shows that net income
has stably increased each year.
