Abstract
The objective of this study is to determine the feasibility and viability of establishing a store in
Robinson's Place, Dumaguete City. In this study, there are specific areas that are considered and
these are the following: (1 ) the marketing aspect of the proposed project; (2) the technical aspect;
(3) the financial aspect; (4) the management aspect; (5) the socio-economic desirability of the
proposed project.
The name of the proposed project is You-gurt-eat Store.
The researchers used the project feasibility method. Furthermore, the method also uses
the descriptive analysis of research basing from the five aspects (marketing, technical,
nagement, financial and socio-economic aspect) of the study in determining the respondent's
preferences in putting a You-gurt-eat Store. There are a total of 400 respondents of the study.
Thus, the study used survey questionnaire as a tool in gathering information or in data collection.
On the set of significant findings of the proposed project, the survey results show that the
proposed project is favorable and feasible from its marketing, management, technical, financial, and socio-economic aspects. In the marketing point of view, it has been shown that people are
willing to patronize the product being offered. Hence, the researchers applied right marketing
strategies in the study which also includes advertisement, affordable prices, customer satistaction
not just on services but on the products offered. As a result, the proposed project is feasible in the
marketing perspective. In the technical aspect, it has been shown also the layout and design
which also suit to the location, Robinson's Place, Dumaguete City. The project is financially
feasible and viable, because of such indicators, profitability and operation efticiency that will
generate employment
result to a favorable condition. Finally, the business would also
opportunities and will embrace also Corporate Social Responsibility.
