Investigates the extent of teacher's ICT competency and how related to their teaching performance; reveals that most of the teachers are in the middle adulthood stage and have earned the teaching profession for almost two decades; also reveals that the younger teachers have ICT competency than the older teachers, and those who are new in the teaching profession also have higher ICT competency than those who serve the school for for along time.
