Abstract
The proposed business is focused on the Establishment of a Do-it-your Own Fashion
Apparel Store at Robinsons Place, Calindagan, Dumaguete City. The main objective of the
study is to determine if the proposed business is feasible when established in Dumaguete city.
Specifically, the study aims to verify the viability of the different aspects of the business. The
respondents of the study are the residences of Dumaguete City who are eighteen years old and
above. A survey questionnaire is devise by the researchers to get necessary first-hand
information for the study.
The results showed that there is the presence of demand as illustrated under the
marketing aspects where majority of the respondents are willing to patronize the business. A
job analysis is developed under the management aspects in order to clearly state the duties and
responsibilities of each employees. Each employee have a designed job description, duties,
responsibilities, and working schedules All equipment and supplies are determined in the
technical aspects. Each equipment and supply is classified accordingly. Financial projections
are as well favorable for the business.
